A will is a document that distributes property rights after death and does not grant any rights during the owner’s lifetime. It is also a powerful tool, more important than it seems. One sheet of notarized signed paper can deprive the next of kin of property or impose restrictions or obligations on the heirs.

The will is in a free form, there are no strict requirements for the wording of the text, however, it is necessary to describe the wish clearly and unambiguously, without vague interpretations.
