Service description

The license agreement is governed by the Czech Civil Code. The owner of the intellectual property rights grants the right to exercise the right to any transferee on the basis of the trademark. The successor undertakes to pay the licensor a certain fee.

The essence of the license agreement is the possibility of using intellectual property rights by more than one person.
