In the case of non-payment and maintenance debt, the current legislation of the Czech Republic provides for the recovery of maintenance through the courts.

Recovery is carried out for the three years preceding the presentation of the enforcement order or notarial agreement (maintenance agreement). The debt can appear only after the court decides on the recovery of maintenance or after the conclusion of a notarial agreement on maintenance.
