Description of the “Withdrawal from the contract” service

One of the basic principles of private law is the principle of “pacta sunt servanda”, ie. contracts must be respected. However, this does not mean the complete impossibility of rejecting the concluded agreement – termination is possible in cases stipulated by Czech law or directly by agreement.

Termination of the contract – a unilateral legal act of one of the parties to the address of the other party, on the basis of which all rights and obligations of the parties under the contract expire, withdrawal from the contract terminates all obligations. .

If one of the parties breaches the contract in a material way, the other party may terminate the contract immediately. Violation of the obligations under the contract is the concealment of important information until the conclusion of the contract or non-compliance with the terms of the contract.

The law gives the consumer the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons only in cases where the contract is concluded through distance communication (usually via the Internet or telephone), in cases where the contract is concluded outside the usual business premises and in the case of concluding a consumer credit agreement.
