Service description

Despite the fact that the employee has many obligations to the employer, the Czech legislation provides for a number of rights of the weak party – the employee. If your employer does not pay you or dismisses you unreasonably, you can defend your rights in court.

What will be the result

You will receive qualified legal assistance from a lawyer, representation in litigation with the employer, preparation of a lawsuit, court proceedings in accordance with procedural regulations and within the time limits set by Czech law.

What will be required of you

Signing of a power of attorney for representation in court. Any documents, contracts, invoices and other facts confirming the client’s position and payment of the court fee.
