Service description

By the donation contract, the donor leaves the property to the recipient free of charge and the recipient accepts this gift. The donation contract must always be in writing. In some cases, the donation can be revoked, for example if the donor is in need through no fault of his own. Withdrawal of the gift is possible within one year from the date of its transfer.
