A property reservation agreement is a tool designed to protect the interests of both parties to a transaction when selling and buying. This agreement is often used for financing in the case of mortgage lending, but it is also used in many other cases and has a number of advantages.

A real estate reservation contract is good if the seller wants to be sure that after negotiations between the buyer and the bank, the bank will confirm the mortgage and the buyer will not refuse further completion of the transaction. At present, these risks are mitigated by a reservation contract, which specifies the conditions of the planned transfer of real estate, sets a reservation fee and a fine in case of refusal to purchase.

For the period specified in the reservation contract, the buyer can collect all information about the property, legal requirements, determine the actual condition of the property and physical defects.
