Service description

The law of the Czech Republic lays down rules for the custody of a child left without parents or adult citizens who will be able to fulfill their parental duties. The Czech Family Act also defines the living conditions of guardians and guardians in order to protect the rights of minor children.

Only able-bodied citizens without a criminal record are allowed to do so. The court takes into account the personal and moral qualities of the candidates. Family members have the advantage of gaining custody, for example, it is much easier for a grandparent, brother or sister to obtain custody.
