Termination of employment by agreement

Service description

One of the methods of termination of employment is termination of employment by agreement of the parties. The employment relationship in the Czech Republic can be terminated either by a unilateral decision (dismissal order) or by mutual agreement (dismissal agreement by agreement of the parties). The second method is the most optimal for termination of employment, because it is based on the consent of both parties (employee and employer).
